Refund Policy
At First Rep, we stand behind our programs and products. Our goal is real progress, built through consistency and commitment.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (including PDFs, workout guides, and playbooks), all sales are final unless the following condition is met:

A refund may be requested only if no measurable progress is seen after a minimum of four (4) months of consistent workouts, following the program as designed.

“Consistent workouts” means actively training multiple times per week and adhering to the guidance provided.

Requests made before the 4-month period will not be considered.

Proof of consistency and effort may be required.
Digital products are not refundable if progress is not achieved due to lack of consistency, incomplete participation, or deviation from the program.
Gym Memberships & Training

Quitting the gym, canceling workouts, or discontinuing training for any reason does not qualify for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, lack of attendance, or voluntary cancellation.
Commitment Clause
Results require effort. By purchasing from First Rep, you acknowledge that progress depends on consistency, discipline, and time. We provide the tools — showing up is your responsibility.
